
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 yam, cut into big thin strips
- 1/4 (350 grams) papaya, cut into big thin strips
- pineapple, 300 grams, cut into long pieces
- 1 or 2 young mango, cut into big thin strips
- 2 cucumber, cut into big thin strips
SEASONING :
- 2 red chilli spicy, you can add more if you like spicy food
- beown sugar, 100 grams
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- fried peanuts, 150 grams
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, you can added it if you like it (optional)
- 2 tablespoon tamarind water, (1 teaspoon of tamarind and 3 tablespoons water)
- pineapple, 150 grams, cut into pieces
HOW TO MAKE :
First of all you must make a sauce, grind red chili sauce, shrimp paste, salt, brown sugar, and tamarind water. then put in the peanuts and grind again then add pineapple and grind it (do not too crushed).Then you can mix the fruits with the sauce. Simple and easy right?
note : you can use any fruit you like for the ingredients with your own creations
